High Five!

  • While we’re at camp we see it in the form of Shabbat services overlooking the lake on Friday nights, the final Color War songfest after three days of spirited competition, Opening Day when old and new campers are welcomed by their counselors and the overall sense of belonging that our campers and staff feel. Our camp family is unlike any other, and this Winter we have totally felt the love. We are so beyond grateful for the incredible, overwhelming support that we have received from our families hosting Tel Noar Talks, alumni and parents contributing items from our Wish List, Staff giving their time to help with recruiting events and off-season work, and our campers helping us to welcome the more than 90 new campers to camp this summer!

We can’t say it enough, but we want to say it again….THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

To our staff: we see your love and passion for camp in everything you do during the summer, and we want you to know how thankful we are for your involvement, participation and indulgence of Becca and Efraim’s ideas during those other 10 months. Camp would not be the place it is without you. To every staff member who has met with us for coffee, stopped in hang out with us in the Wellesley office, responded to our emails and posts…you are all Beyond Vanilla counselors of the year! A special thank you to our Winterns, Harrison Kohen and Jake Greenberg. Their work on programming initiatives and social media is such a crucial part of our success during the summer. CTN staff – you rock!

givingtuesdayTo our campers:  you are the reason we do what we do! You are camp’s biggest fans and our biggest advocates! Because of your love of camp, your passion for the sacredness of our camp community, Camp Tel Noar is the fantastic place that is it…and now more than 90 new campers, the LARGEST group in 10 summers, will get to experience the specialness of CTN. So many of you have reached out to new campers to welcome them to their new summer home.  Thank you for your visits to the office, frozen yogurt dates and Town Spa dinners, and thank you for taking the time to give back on #GivingTuesday. We see it in action during the summer, but being able to experience it during the year is the perfect reminder of why we all love camp!

Your generosity, love and involvement with all things CTN does not go unnoticed, and we feel so lucky to be a part of it. Thank you all for letting us be a part of your summer family!
