Boys Area Head Counselor
Description: Oversees, supervises, and coordinates boy’s area including health, safety, and bunk life programs; contributes to the design and presentation of counselor orientation training; supervises and evaluates male bunk staff; interfaces with parents.
Qualifications: 5+ years of direct camp staff supervisory experience as Assistant Boys’ Head, Unit Leader, Head Counselor, or Department Head preferably at a Jewish residential camp. Proven experience coordinating and managing a staff through a residential camp schedule is an asset.
